Over 25 years in New York, my passion for design flourished. From scouring flea markets for hidden treasures to transforming spaces with colour and creativity, I embraced every opportunity to craft homes that felt like a warm hug at the end of the day. I also developed an ethos that still drives me today: buy well, buy once, and buy sustainably. In a world of fast fashion and fleeting trends, I’ve always believed in creating spaces filled with meaning and intention—places that enhance well-being and reflect the stories of those who live there.

Returning to Ireland with my children 13 years ago was a turning point. Starting anew across the world meant not only supporting my family but also finding my place in a new community. My most personal project became renovating a small cottage—the ‘ugliest house on the block’—and transforming it into a haven inspired by its beautiful garden. That home now serves as the heart of Pearl Redesigns, where I’ve turned my passion for interiors into a thriving business.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in Ireland’s design world, collaborating with industry leaders and building a network of skilled tradespeople. A highlight of my journey was being selected by Colourtrend for the 2017 Ideal Home Show at the RDS in Dublin—a milestone that deepened my connection to the Irish design community. Today, as a committee member for the Ulster Chapter of the Interiors Association, I remain committed to staying ahead of trends and bringing timeless, inspired solutions to my clients.
